We deliver personalization through pre-engineered options within our defined architectural systems. Rather than open-ended bespoke manufacturing, our Triconville Contract engineering team works directly with you to efficiently configure module dimensions, materials, layouts, and performance finishes to fit your project scope.

Lead times vary depending on project scale, structural configuration complexity, and material selections. Because Triconville Contract utilizes pre-engineered modular systems, our production pipeline remains exceptionally efficient. Your dedicated Triconville Contract Project Manager or Flagship Showroom consultant will provide a precise manufacturing, shipping, and delivery timeline during the quotation phase.

Yes. Through Triconville Contract, we provide end-to-end site execution. To guarantee that digital BIM models and CAD drafts translate perfectly into physical space, our team coordinates with a network of certified installers and local Flagship Showrooms to ensure every module and spatial system is assembled with millimeter-accurate consistency on site.

You can apply directly through our Apply for a Trade Account registration portal. During Step 1, select the Trade Type that matches your business model. Account verification takes one working day, after which you can sign in using your standard Triconville account credentials.

Registering transitions your business from a retail purchaser to an official Triconville partner. Trade members gain immediate access to CAD/BIM downloads, system-based trade schedules, real-time stock and project tracking tools, and dedicated support from an assigned Account Manager.

Your selected Trade Category establishes your specific pricing model, approval workflow, and technical access. If your business operations expand or change, contact your dedicated Triconville Account Manager to update your profile settings.

General Public: Triconville architectural systems and furniture can be purchased at one of our Flagship Showrooms or through our global network of authorized design ateliers and distributors. You can use our online "Store Locator" to view locations and see exactly which collections are available to experience at each partner.

Trade Customers: If you are an industry professional or design house, we highly recommend registering for our Trade Program to access exclusive project-specific support, system-based pricing, and dedicated specification tools.

Triconville prides itself on material-driven craftsmanship, utilizing premium, full-grain leather to which no artificial corrections are applied. Veins, wrinkles, scars, and natural marks are distinctive characteristics of authentic materiality and a guarantee of its quality; as such, they are not to be regarded as imperfections or as diminishing the value of your product, but rather as structural features that enhance and make it unique.

By accessing our reserved area, in the "Product Page" section, you can find the instructions for the use, system logic, manuals, and assembly of Triconville products. This section also includes user information with general technical warnings and information on the materials used. If there are no instructions present, contact our Customer Service team.

Please contact the Flagship Showroom or authorized retailer where you made the purchase, providing a photo of the product and its identifying label if possible. For online purchases, contact us directly through our dedicated support form.

Triconville Flagship Showrooms are located in Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, and Riyadh.

Our Flagship Showrooms are meticulously designed dual-audience spaces—serving as immersive galleries for private clients and collaborative labs for our professional partners, including architects and interior designers. Visitors are invited to explore our Spec Lab, which highlights our deep material expertise in certified teak, natural veneers, outdoor performance ropes, and powder-coated finishes. It is an environment built to experience the brand, understand our system-led design, and seamlessly initiate your residential or commercial projects.

We are open Thursday through Tuesday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (closed Wednesdays). Operating hours may vary on public and religious holidays.

Visiting a Triconville Flagship Showroom is entirely free; however, to ensure personalized service and consultation with our design specialists, we require all guests to reserve their visit in advance through our website.

At this time, we do not accommodate school visits or educational group tours. Our Flagship Showrooms operate strictly as professional work hubs and client-focused environments dedicated to project initiation and design collaboration.
