This fabric resist the degrading effects of long-term sunlight exposure, so it requires minimal maintenance.
- Store cushions separately from furniture to prevent possible transfer of moisture.
- Wipe spills with a clean, dry cloth.
- Wash the fabrics with lukewarm water and line dried or tumble-dried with gentle or no heat. It is necessary not to use harsh cleaners and abrasives.
- For stubborn stains, mix one part bleach and two parts water.
- For dried stains: Use enzyme-based agents; follow reaction time before gentle removal.
- Oxidative Bleaching: Safe for most stains (apply commercial oxidative bleach)
- Organic Solvents: Use for stubborn marks (scrape lightly, vacuum when dry).
- Rust/Acid Stains: Treat with commercial rust remover; rinse immediately.
- Excise burns/melt/damaged area; patch with spare fabric (use double-sided tape for adhesion).
- When washing or cleaning, do not subject to excessive heat, as the fabric will shrink. Do not steam press. Hang dry the fabric and it will keep the wrinkles away.
- You can only use bleach for mildew spots only. Mix a solution of one cup of bleach, one-fourth cup of mild soap, and one gallon of water, allowing it to sit for 15 minutes. Scrub the fabric gently with a soft brush and rinse thoroughly with clean water.
- Ensure the fabric is completely dry before using or storing.
